Go Drones took the sky for the 4th annual Lights and Lasers show. This show introduced a new wave of entertainment to Idaho by performing Twin Falls First Drone Show. The 12-minute show was launched from Canyon Springs Golf Course in the gorgeous Snake River Canyon. The visual display showcased 200 drones and 13 different designs, spanning over 300 feet, illuminating the night sky and surrounding canyon walls.
Lights and Lasers is a community event that takes place every year in Twin Falls. In the past, the grand finale featured a laser show, which illuminated the canyon walls. In 2021, they took it a step further by adding a jaw-dropping drone show. The drones took to the sky in addition to the lasers to make an epic show.
“It was a pleasure to work with Idaho Central Credit Union and Southern Idaho Tourism for this year’s Lights and Lasers show,” said Jonathan, CEO of Go Drones. “We wanted a message of hope and thankfulness, especially for our first responders and healthcare workers.”
As this show took place in the heart of COVID, the message “Thank you health care workers and first responders” illuminated the night sky. The drones also commemorated Twin Falls history and the Perrine Bridge with designs of parachutes jumping off a bridge. This groundbreaking performance of the Twin Falls first drone show opened the door to a new wave of entertainment in the Magic Valley and surrounding areas.
